Several questions - it might be better to talk in person but it's Saturday: Can or will you design and extract the bar, mill it and provide me the STL's generated by Blenderfordental? (I might prefer to print restoration myself.) Is it possible to mill the bar for a fixture level DESS anglebase top design to save room vertically compared with using the DESS MUA anglebase? Is the Tibase design merged with the bar design or is the bar designed to cement to the actual tibase? Is this an alternative? Is a verification jig and model remount part of the normal fee if you are doing the design? What about if we are starting with my STL? Is it possible to design for the SRA angled abutment that seems to be available only from Straumann? DESS doesn't have one and says that their anglebase MUA doesn't work with SRA. I am asking questions that relate to two cases I have in progress. Delighted that you can use the MicronMapper data (for SRA in one case I have in a provisional hybrid) The physical try in / bite / remount service might be nice since properly mounting photogrammetry models seems to be a precision weakness.

We can Extract the bar from your Full Arch STL, or we can design an Alien iBar from your scan bodies scan.
We do not offer design only service. You would need to order the prosthetic.
To get the STL files back, please specificy it in the "Specific Instructions"
Is it possible to mill the bar for a fixture level DESS anglebase top design to save room vertically compared with using the DESS MUA anglebase?
Yes, but it will not be as passive as MUA, so it is not recommended.
Is the Tibase design merged with the bar design or is the bar designed to cement to the actual tibase? Is this an alternative?
The Bar is designed to sit over a Dess MUA or Nobel Compatible.

We only support the Straight SRA MUA Abutment
How does this really work ? I just took impression of upper on implants and lower opposing, I need to do jig , bite ,set up for verification of esthetics, etc , which option do I choose,
You may order a Verification Jig, and a Wax Bite in your initial order.
We will fabriate both, and send it to you.
Then you may send the bite, and models back and order a Full Arch Hybrid Temporary instead of a set up, for design verification.
If satisfied, you may order an Alien iBar, and use the "From Diagnostic Wax up and Pmma" option to avoid paying design twice.
